I have modified the pay fixation calculator 2016. Please download the latest version as there were some mistakes while calculating the arrears for those who got promotion in between July 2014 and January 2016 in my earlier versions. At present almost 99 % of problems were solved in my new pay fixation software 2016 - Version 7. If you find any error please bring it into my notice at the earliest.
