കേരള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അവരുടെ പുതിയ ശമ്പളം നിർണ്ണയിക്കുവാനും Annexure II A, Arrear മുതലായവ അറിയുവാൻ വേണ്ടി ഒരു ലഘു കാൽക്കുലേറ്റർ ഞാൻ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങളുടെ ശമ്പളം നിർണ്ണയിക്കുവാൻ ഇത് പ്രയോജനകരമായിരിക്കും. നിങ്ങളുടെ വിലയേറിയ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യണം. തെറ്റ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആയവ ചൂണ്ടി കാണിക്കുവാനും മറക്കറുത്.

Please check the date format. if the windows date format is not DD/MM/YYYY then change date format by Click START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS - CUSTOMISE - DATE. Type with keyboard DD/MM/YYYY IN 'SHORT DATE' Column. Then Click 'APPLY'. Then Close and Restart Excel. 

In Ubuntu Go to "Settings" by clicking the "Settings" button.You can see the "System settings" window , and the icon "Language Support".Open the "Language Support" window, where you can see two tabs, namely -'Language' and 'Regional Formats'

Click 'Regional Formats' Tab. You can see the button for Dates . Change 'English- United States' to 'English-UK' .Then click the button 'Apply System- Wide' and then 'Close'.
